"Extremely disappointed given the high rating. The crust was severely undercooked and soft, but the biggest issue was the cheese. This is absolutely not 100% real dairy mozzarella. It has the distinct dull, slick appearance and gummy, zero-stretch texture of a cheap, vegetable-oil-based analogue blend (like Pizza Mate / Pizza Pro). It didn't melt right, pooled grease, and left a waxy coating on the roof of my mouth. If you want a real, traditional pizza with actual dairy cheese and a proper bake, look elsewhere."
