Terrible customer service! My relative recently visited this pharmacy, and the experience was awful. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of respect. The service here is unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this place and advise everyone to go elsewhere
I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. Nothing is ever filled, there is always an issue, and they are never helpful. Rude and miserable attitudes no matter the day or time. Unprofessional.
There is one lady that has been rude on the phone countless times as well as in person. It makes my family uncomfortable and not want to use this pharmacy. Matt has always been very nice though. Last time I went here, I was ignored for almost five minutes while waiting. I understand when things get busy, though I wasn’t even addressed or told I’d be helped. I will be switching pharmacies since I’ve tried to give this place too many chances.
Staff is always understanding. Compassionate. And real!! Thank you for everything. Mike
