I had a fantastic experience at Ramesh Gopalaswamy’s office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean, and I was taken back to the exam room before my appointment time. The medical assistant helped me to full up the paperwork. The doctor was kind, he took his time to explain all my concerns. I would recommend his office 100%. My first appointment was so easy and very helpful. Thank you so much for all the staff.

The treatment itself was completed, and I was able to receive my Xeomin injection for blepharospasm. However, the communication throughout the process was very frustrating. I received conflicting information regarding authorization status, scheduling, medication availability, pharmacy involvement, and billing. I often had to make multiple calls to get clarification, and different staff members provided different answers.
