I called and asked about an add on a Lexus, asked if they had the carfax, he pulled it and told me there was an accident on it an no repair cost was indicated. He seemed frustrated even though this is a reasonable thing to ask. I asked him if there was a way to find out more info about the damage! He got more frustrated and was asking me how can he know that in a rude way. I told him I was just asking, this guy is salesperson>? unbelievable! We bought a car for our daughter to use, and the sales people were not friendly or helpful. IT was a rude "go look on the lot " and tell us which one you like. You cant test drive any so its really a crap shoot. With that being said, the vehicle we did buy has turned out very well, but we had to wait over a month for "certification" and when we go the vehicle, it was dirty and smelt badly of Marajuna!!
