Great customer service and easy transactions. Savannah is very professional and friendly.
We were very fortunate to work with Shavana. She is sweet, caring and thoughtful. She answered all our questions. What she didn't know, she made sure to find out for you. Tara Crago was very helpful with all of the purchasing. Unfortunately, the client she was selling for vandalized the mobile home between our tour and closing. I would use her business again but would insist on touring the home a second time immediately before closing to prevent anymore "surprises"; as once closing is done the selling company and the buyer have few options to resolve issues as mentioned above other than filing a lawsuit against the seller which costs more than cleaning up the vandalism.
