I had been coming here for physical therapy with good results. Apparently there was a name change at the same time their phones were not working for about 3 weeks. When I was able to make an appointment, I was called back from front desk to cancel. I decided not to go back.They just can't seem to get it together. Physical therapists are leaving and front desk seems unknowledgable and uncaring. Never mentioned any sort of resolution for my grievances.
They Don’t listen to the patients . More about $$$$ to them. Front desk is very nice tho. Specifically Wouldn’t recommend Kelly to anyone! Guarantee that! She will make your condition worse.
This is a group who are as knowledgeable as they are passionate about what they do. High quality treatment is their goal and they deliver. It is a great team and the dynamics of the group are upbeat and friendly; which makes the time you are there go by quickly. I feel lucky to have found them - I highly recommend them!
Positive, caring therapists, asks the right questions to give quality care. Clean, bright office. Great first impression after my first few visits!
