Absolutely horrible customer service and EXTREMELY long wait for refund for parts (which were different than the website stated) that were returned in the original shipping container and unopened original packaging. Would not recommend these guys to anyone! Buyer beware!
When I placed my order I was told it was back ordered a week, then I was told it would be 14 days. When they told me a month I asked to cancel my order. This started on April 26. I would have to send 4 or 5 emails for 1 response. Not to mention I have still not received my refund.If they handle every order this way, how they are still in business. Lost me!
All though there was some communication difficulties at first, being mostly my fault, everything has gone pretty smoothly. Still much better than Star Marine Depot by far.
