Installed grass seed for my new home, and it is - at best - an average job. There are bare spots in the back yard where there should have been straw. I also suspect that there is an area on one side where drainage might be a problem, but too soon to tell for sure since we haven't had any real rain yet. Probably worst of all is that a competitor finished an installation a couple of homes down from mine yesterday, and it looks like they were left with a nice sprinkler set-up.
