They are absolutely amazing! We've been doing business with them for years, and they've always been punctual, professional, and reliable. Any time I call, they handle everything quickly and with great care. Kelly and Carmela they are incredible they always takes great care of us and makes every experience smooth. We don't see ourselves going anywhere else. The quality of their work and family like atmosphere truly set them apart. Highly Recommend !!!

Had a wonderful experience working with Kelly. She was very competent and quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Kelly from first choice insurance for an amazing and seamless process!
They were taking my payments every month they didn’t tell me that my insurance had closed 2 months ago. They tried blaming everyone except themselves for the mistake. Ended up paying 1200$ more for a new policy. Big red flag I would never recommend anyone to go here. P.s. this isn’t a bogus review. Who would take a time out their day to review this and create a fake story. Unethical business at its finest.
Great service with kelly she was very helpful and friendly. I would advise to come here for all insurance purposes they get things done, 5 star service.
