Very poor customer service. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. I have to call almost every other week to remind about oxygen delivery.
Totally lacks any idea what of customer service means! I was a NEW customer and after 3 weeks of waiting gave up and went elsewhere.
It's been a while since anybody spoke to me with the disrespectful attitude of Hillary. It could have and should have been so different. I will go out of my way to NOT deal with these people ever again.
My mother recently used home town Respiratory for her home oxygen here in Lebanon tn. The tech.that came to install her oxygen was totally awesome. Very knowledgeable and very professional. It is refreshing to see this level of patient care I think his name was billy. I would highly recommend this company.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I had an oxygen concentrator for one month and because it was ordered in a partial month and returned in two weeks they are charging me for two month!! Rip off artists and not very friendly at all. When I tried to call customer service i waited on the phone for over 10 minutes and finally gave up. DO NOT USE THEM!!! What is wrong with these types of patient service companies. I have yet to find one that cares about the patient whatsoever.
This place is inept with management so poor that it is a miracle that it continues to stay in business.
I went in to pick up my supplies like I have done so many times before, I went into the office I always went in no one there I was in that office for about 10 minutes give or take. Very poor service. Company delivered the wrong hospital bed to my disabled father twice. The 2nd bed was broken upon delivery, and was made in a way that prevented him from being able to transfer from chair to bed. They were asked at that time to take the bed back, and they refused. 5 days later, we finally got them to come pick the bed up, and they refused to bring his other bed back in the house. These people delivered a hospital bed for my uncle, who is under the care of my mom, who is almost 80 years of age. She was alone with my uncle at the time and they wouldn't leave it until SHE took the existing bed down by herself. I called them when I arrived and they said it was their policy. If they took it down it made them liable. For what? Moving a bed to put up a hospital bed for an invalid?
