After seeing an orthopedist, needed crutches on 9/12/16. The doctor called in the order, but after not hearing from them, I called the doctors office who called this company many times. In frustration, they finally gave me the number to call. I called for 2 weeks leaving messages. I finally talked to someone who said the delivery person would call me to schedule a time to deliver. My initial experience with this company was good. However,once I signed on with them, I started to have problems. I have been left high and dry,so to speak. I arranged for a portable o2 machine 3 weeks ahead of time,only to be told at that date of expected delivery,they had none. I had to change my travel plans at the last minute,i.e. In addition,the communication on their part is horrible. I asked to speak to the owner/ supervisor/ manager; Dave. He never returned my calls.
