I had an extremely positive experience with First Choice in Home Care. I was given their information from the Area Agency on Aging. They were able to schedule the assessment and move forward with services in a very short time frame. In addition, they were especially kind and informative while helping me navigate the whole experience to assist my elderly father be able to remain living independently. Working at First Choice has been a huge blessing. All the staff are so welcoming and willing to help with any thing you need. It is so refreshing to work for a family oriented company who allows you to have a felxible schedule. From the office staff to the caregivers and clients, First Choice is truley wonderful place to be.

I began working for Karen for the second time in 2018. She graciously hired me back and immediately put me to work. I asked if she could keep my clients in the Bedford area as much as was possible and she had no problem finding me clients to work with. But, I digress. For you who find yourself working for Karen at this time, let me say this, count your blessings. True, other agencies may pay a bit more but sometimes the extra money is just not worth the effort. I received outstanding service from Karen Everhart and her excellent staff at First choice for my Uncle--- both in his home and in Donahue and Colonial Courtyard.. The staff are well trained, professional and performed in an outstanding manner for 4 years in the care of my Uncle who had dementia. I continued to utilize staff from First Choice after my Uncle moved to Donahue and Colonial Court....
