These people were amazing! The lady tech who took the MRI was so helpful. I am extremely claustrophobic and she comforted me until the Valium took effect. Their tube is the largest in Utah and I was able to look up and see the opening at the end which helped me remain calm. When I was finished, I received QR coded to see the scans and the impressions of the doctor who reviewed them. I was so impressed with this office! I recommend them to anyone struggling with claustrophobia and fear of getting an MRI.
I have had an MRI on my knee and my lower back done at First Choice. Their pricing was way better than other options in the valley. The facility is small so you get in and get out quickly. I did all paperwork except one consent form online was in and out in about 20-25 minutes. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Made me comfortable, provided hearing protection, asked if I had any questions. Gave me a QR code to see my results when ready. Hey, what a great place! Over the past two years I have utilized Fist Choice Imaging for MRI and x-rays for both neck and back surgery. Each time, the surgeons were impressed with the quality and were able to make a correct diagnosis. Also, the office and technical staff are pleasant, helpful, and skilled.
