Frustrating! The technician was good. The headphones used during the MRI were terrible cheap and hurt your hearing. The check in staff was put off when I challenged what they claimed what was my portion of the payment. "I don't know who told you that but we didn't". I was very sure the info I had been given as I double checked them during the initial and only phone call. I was ready to walk out. They couldn't have cared any less.
