I had a very easy time getting an appointment. . First timer for an MRI- tech was super helpful - explained what was going to happen etc. I received my results within two hours!
No idea how anyone is getting seen. Doctor sent over a referral last week. I called for three days, tried leaving a message, tried staying in “the queue” for a call back, and tried just waiting it out. Spent so much time on the phone and finally lucked out with a call where I was only 2nd in the queue, but still waited 15 minutes before they answered. On March 9,2026 I had an MRI at this facility. Upon check in I provided my insurance card and was told because it was out of network I had to pay in advance, but they would bill it to my insurance company. I used my HRA card to pay for the scan and proceded to have my scan. My doctor was sent the results and all was well. Then received a note form my HRA that I needed the back up from my insurance company that they had processed the claim as an out of network claim. Wow!!! What an absolutely positive experience that just had! I am so impressed with everyone I have dealt with at First Choice Imaging. Beginning with the scheduling person (Sarah) to the front desk representatives and then, my wonderful MRI tech, Larry…..everyone was kind, helpful, concerned and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, modern and pleasant. I was able to get my appointment quickly and the online registration was easy. Normally I wouldn’t say I “enjoyed” an MRI ;) however this truly was great. Fast service and very friendly staff. I was able to walk in and get same day x-rays and only 1 day wait for an MRI. I highly recommend First Choice Imaging!
