I talked with 2 different people on the same day and gave them the info.. They requested some paperwork from the Dr's office. I took care of that. Called back 3 days later and was told nothing was in the system on it. Went over everything again and got the doctor to resend the info. I was told I would hear something back in the next couple of days. 3+ weeks later, I still have not heard from them. Awesome Customer Service!!!!!
For CPAP I got a woman's harness. I am a man. I got an order for masks that I did not know were coming and they are all small, I am an XL. I tried to call the office to fix it and I could not navigate the over burdensome menus to reach an actual person and I spent too long on hold. I think they were waiting me out so they could claim I called after hours and they were closed. I am seriously thinking of just turning in all my equipment.

to begin with, develop adequate customer service in regards to supplying patients and proper billing. This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with any company. A refund was authorized on Nov 1, 2019 and after repeated calls to their billing dept., they continue to stonewall me at every turn. The promise of return calls to resolve the matter go unmet, discussions with supervisors are stonewalled. They continually claim that they do not know how to specifically resolve the issue. Poor customer service. I have left multiple messages with no response. I realize it's a holiday but have called numerous times because my CPAP motor has failed. You do NOT NOT return calls.
Terrible customer service for billing ! Took 3 months to get right supplies for cpap machine then they tried to bill me again for the correct supplies !! 10 phone calls later and not resolved . It has been a nightmare ! Never again ! I recommend this company to my patients but now that I have experienced it I will no longer do that . Thanks
It’s been two weeks since we dropped off a prescription for a nebulizer. Never heard anything back the first day so my husband called only to find out it was denied due to codes and we were told they were waiting for my Dr Office to call back. It was a Friday, end of business. It’s now another week and we have heard nothing from this company. Thankfully a friend had one to lend because I could not breathe. Very poor customer service. We requested a new script and took our business elsewhere.
Worst medical supply company ever. Avoid them like the plague. Inept, incompetent, horrible with technology, automated telephone system is worthless as is their webpage. Have never gotten an order right the first time yet.
