Great!!! I'm very happy with first choice. they gave me a fair price on great products and they came and installed everything in one day!!! Great company!
Very Pushy Very hard core sell, if you sign a contract on the first discussion you got RIPPED. Had a person come to discuss attic insulation, he didn't even get his shoulders up there and then outright lied about what is eligible for a tax credit. Let them give quotes on two separate jobs, never again, have to practically kick them out of the house.
First Choice Should Be Your Last Choice Salesman was awful...promises you the world and can't give you any of it. Once you sign a contract and agree to everything you find out 1/2 the items you ordered are not available the way you ordered them. Then they want to send the salesman out so you can pick something different. The whole place is a joke - communication seems to be lacking. 1st Choice Home Improvement - WINDOWS We are very disappointed in services provided by 1st Choice Home Improvement Company. We contracted them for the new windows installation. The sales person sounded really good but it turned out he provided incorrect information (basically he lied to us). The customer service is really poor; I had to call them several times to check the status of my order.
