Absolutely the best experience all around. My father in law, who like many, didn’t want any help at all - ended up loving the team he had. Very professional, courteous and kind. Highly recommended. And they still check up on us 6 months later - thank you.

I had a great experience with First Choice when my dad needed hospice care. I received quality customer service from the beginning to the end. They were extremely knowledgeable of everything having do with getting my dad approved for care and provided excellent care to him, as well as our family. They were there for us day and night until the end. I can't express how grateful I am for all they did. I want to especially thank Jennifer, Donald, and Bonnie for going the extra mile. You are all amazing!

These people are AMAZING‼️ I’m so thankful for the care and support their team of medical professionals provided. My dad’s RN was Donald. Donald was so kind and explained everything to us during this process. My dad did pass away and Donald took care of all the arrangements necessary. I would HIGHLY recommend First Choice for your loved ones. Thank you, Donald‼️🙏♥️

Worst people ever. First, my grandpa had a fall and hit his head in the middle of the night. On call nurse just told me to give him morphine and didn't send anyone. Then after I fired them, a month went by and one of their night call nurses calls me to inform me my grandpa died in his assisted living facility. After crying and telling family members, I call his assisted living to see what the next steps where and they told me he was alive!
