Somebody came looked at house and gave a low ball offer at 145,000 when on Zillow it's going for 250,000,, New furnace,new windows,and a fairly new roof n marble countertops, yes the house needs a little cosmetic work,nothing major. Less than ten thousand in that. They are out to rip people off by giving them low offers n they will turn and sell it for close to the price on Zillow. Only looking out for them and NOT the owners, what a waste of my time. Go thru a realtor more money in your pocket
