I bought a new Furnace and air conditioner from “First Choice” —First let me just say that the guys were very hard working, knowledgeable and Super respectful. They cleaned up each day they were here, also laid tarps down so not to dirty up the floors…Liked that a Lot! When finished on day 2, another tech came in and explained how everything works efficiently and showed me how to use the new thermostat with Wi-Fi etc.- We’ve been with this company since we moved in the area 2010 and have never been disappointed in them. Installed a new heat pump. Have a problem they have yet to fix. Problem was fixed . system huge upgrade. great service. called a number of times about my rebates from duke energy and honeywell never received . always told will check into but never call back, feel I got ripped off.
