The Doctor (Terri-Lynn Philpott) has the worst bedside manors ever. Her work ethic just the same. I keep getting billed for a wellness check that the Insurance pays 100% but since the doctor asked me about my heath history it was sent in to insurance as a doctor visit. This is totally wrong.
Arrived on time for my appointment, was told the doctor TERRI-LYNN PHILPOTT, MD would not see me because I had to fill out paperwork. I was not informed of this policy (new patient) beforehand, and feel that this doctors office wasted my time. If they expect patients to be 30 minutes early for an appiontment they should call to inform them, or schedule them accordingly. Refusing to see a patient who arrives ON TIME for their scheduled appointment is asinine.
Hours on the door and google state a 7am opening time. It’s 7:20 and not open.
Relatively good doctors. Dr. P_ is relatively good, and she listens. Spends sufficient time. Good: Cost aware. Will not commit to medical work outside of specialty. Will recommend some new drugs but not pushing stuff out. Says no when a doctor should. Remembers patients that come in regularly. Pulaski community does not seem to have strong relationships between doctors/specialists. Followups when actions office staff not great.
