I called to inquire about getting my baby's hair cut, and unfortunately, the response I received was very unprofessional. The person on the phone immediately assumed my child would throw tantrums and told me they were too busy. As a parent just looking for a caring and patient stylist, I was really disappointed by the dismissive attitude. I understand being busy, but there’s a better way to communicate that without making rude assumptions. Would not recommend based on this experience.
