Absolutely terrible!!!! My son went in for a haircut today. 8 min maybe in the chair and walked out looking the exact same!!!! The girl did Absolutely nothing!!! Wish I could give it 0 stars!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The stylist was unprofessional, not listening to my requests, and even pulled my hair during the cut. It felt like she didn't know what she was doing, which made the whole visit frustrating. I've had worse experiences here, and I believe it's time for management to reconsider this staff member's role. I can't recommend this place based on my recent visits.

I went to Agnes last night, the woman is a miracle worker. I went in with an embarrassingly bad short cut, from another salon, there really wasn't much to work with my hair was chunky and uneven I thought maybe she could tidy the back but didn't have high hopes. After taking the time to really talk to me about my hair and explain how badly it was cut and what she could and couldn't do to fix it, she proceeded to give me a lovely cut.
