I came here at about 2:30 pm Dec 6 2024. I was taken in right away, and asked how I'd like my hair to be cut. My stylist was uncertain at first, but gave it a try after we consulted and looked at some pictures to be sure we both knew what I wanted. My hair was cut very nicely, and very much to my satisfaction. I got exactly what I asked for, and I'm very happy.

I was looking for a place to get my hair done since Vic sold his business at LaBella Donna on Dalhousie. He was the real deal in town. Its been years. I went into the new Haircrafters by Freshco and I was taken immediately, I got the exact haircut I asked for from a pic I took with me for under 30 dollars. One stylist complimented my hair and made me feel good. It was a good experience. I will return and hopefully I get the same stylist.

My hair was really long so I showed the girl how much I wanted taken off. She said do you want it layered and a rounded cut at the bottom. I said no, all one length and a straight cut at the bottom. She started by going through my hair and snipping each of the broken hairs. This left my hair several different lengths. She asked if I wanted the front longer so it would reach into a ponytail. I had a very bad experience with this place. It seems like the staff have no experience with cutting hair. Or they are volunteering or in training. The haircut should be free or 50% off. One particular employee, I don't know their name, had a very bad attitude. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I will not be back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently visited First Choice Hair Cutters and was initially unhappy with how my hair turned out. However, Karen, the manager, stepped in and did her magic. She completely transformed my hair, ensuring I left happy and satisfied with the service. Karen's dedication to her clients is truly remarkable.
