I went in with hair to the top of my butt and asked to have it cut to under my bra strap and layered and in a U shape like it was in. I always get my hair cut dry so there's no shrinkage, I show the lady about 4 pics of how I want my hair and showed her with my hand where I wanted it cut to (4x).... She flat ironed my hair to start which made it longer when done so in the end my hair was cut even shorter. They did a good job with the haircut, but the lady who received us was very rude and impatient.
I have been a regular customer here for past 2 years, but today will be the last one. I clearly requested for a 3 2 faded haircut and instead what I got was a buzz cut. The lady who did this kept justifying I said level 5 for the rest of the hair and i need to explicitly request them to use scissors else they will use trimmers lol. She never even apologized for her mistake and kept repeating the hair will grow back 😂 The only saving grace is she just charged for buzz cut which I never requested in the first place.
