Very poor place to go make an appointment and still have to wait over an hour did very poor hair cuts and never even combed my hair when they were done could hardly even tell I got a haircut only got a one star as that is the very least it will allow
I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this location. We had tried to walk-in last week and we were informed that they were very busy and we needed an appointment. So the following week, we booked a 10:30 am appointment for our son. He arrived on time. Several walk-in customers (without appointments) were served before him. At 11:30, he inquired if he was still in the queue. He was told that a little patience goes a long way. He was seated for his haircut at 11:45am.
Not sure why they have you book an appointment time just to make you sit an extra hour to be seated.
