I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this location. We had tried to walk-in last week and we were informed that they were very busy and we needed an appointment. So the following week, we booked a 10:30 am appointment for our son. He arrived on time. Several walk-in customers (without appointments) were served before him. At 11:30, he inquired if he was still in the queue. He was told that a little patience goes a long way. He was seated for his haircut at 11:45am.
Not sure why they have you book an appointment time just to make you sit an extra hour to be seated.
Grumpy stylist. She did not want to be there.
Good service , friendly staff , fit me in last minute.
Changed my review after several attempts of trying to make failed appointments. The app doesn't work !!! Poorly managed business. However , great staff .
