If I could, I would give them a 0 rating. They have had my window since June. It is now September, and they keep giving me excuses or don't answer the phone! To make matters worse, they still have the glass to my window.
This was my experience: I had an appointment for a new windshield to be put in my car. This appointment was scheduled a week in advance, and I spoke to a person named Keegan. I arrived at my appointment time of 9:30 am to find no one there and the place was closed. I called and got a recording, so I left a message and waited a few minutes before deciding to carry on with my errands because I did not have time to wait for someone to show up.
