So I do my best helping my Grandmother in Rochester, NY. She has been take advantage of too often and I try to handle situations when she feels overwhelmed. She needed to have a broken pane on her front door replaced. She mentioned a quote she received from another local company, and it was outrageous. Long story short, I finally got a hold of Mike, and he took care of it right away and kept me in the loop the whole time. Thank Mike.

It is always great when my wife and I wholeheartedly agree on something. Anyway, Mike from First choice gave me peace of mind and since we have other projects coming soon it's nice to have something in the "I know it will get done well, and I don't have to do anything" category.

Needed glass replaced at our new office. We got three estimates although all pretty close the professionalism and response time made the difference. This is our first rental and we were not looking for a one off. We need some one we can count on for the next decade or so. Mike seemed to truly care about our needs and goals as we approach out interior space and want it to stand out.

Really glad to see a locally-owned business out here doing great work! From top-of-house contract/quote talks to job execution we couldn't be happier. Kept the job site nice and clean, too.
