We had a reservation in St. Augustine last week at one of Marty's properties. We drove to Florida but checked in with the local authorities on the drive down who told us not to check in as there was a Mandatory Evacuation and it was not safe due to Hurricane Ian. We called to find out that Marty would not even let us schedule at another date, much less give us our money back.
