Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. They don't sell low end brands. Their equipment ranges from homeowner to the professional. If u buy a product they setup run it and fill out the warranty for u.
I have yet to be impressed by this place. Hour drive one way Ordered blades, by part number, and got the wrong ones When I called to tell them about it, there a was no apology, just bring them back and we'll exchange. Then the other day, I called service about some trouble with my tractor and was told that the big guy was there and would call me back. That was a weird ago. Sure was hoping that I found a dealer that I can use along my way to Memphis...
Went in for a Delivery. I was in and out fast. No dramas. Very nice people to deal with.
