I have many Kubota lawnmowers and tractors and I’ve always been treated OK going to get parts and Service but my experience at the new location has been anything but pleasant! I have spent so much money on Kubota machines and now have to sell because you are the only vendor for Kubota around!!! I have never been treated so poorly spending money at a Business! I used to love this company but after my horrible experience with the workers , employees at the Eads location I will never come back and spend my money!! Worst customer service ever. No acknowledgment that I was even there then I tried to use my farm card tax exempt card and they refused to take it. then, when I said something about it, they had a man come out and threaten me in my face basically to fight me.
