Great experience. I had taken my 13 yo son here after falling on his head. We went right over to First Choice on Hardy Oak, OMG what a relief. There was NO WAIT on a Friday night and all of the personnel was amazing. From the front desk, nurses and the doctor himself.... everyone was great. They were very attentive, caring, funny and just awesome. There is no amount of money I would have spent to make sure my son's head was ok. My family was treated like humans, not like cattle. The services received at facility were outstanding. Having said that, they did not verify my insurance so I had to pay the $200 copay twice because they saw me in two consecutive days. I had already reached my annual out-of-pocket max so I shouldn't have paid. I went in May 2016...it's December 2016 and they still have NOT issued a refund yet. I will NOT be using this group again for my family or myself.

My husband injured his hand. We went to FCER in Stone Oak. He worked with Drs. Mennetti and Lane, as well as Ian, Carlos, Marisui, and Greg. He got in right away. They did a great job and followed up to check on his recovery. Also, they had very a friendly front office (Debra and Leann). If we ever need ER services in the future, our family will go back to FCER!! Tracy

If only I could put negative stars for the billing department and the seriously incorrect information given upon check in....... if you consider over $2700 for a sore throat a good deal, then absolutely go here. (And before you think I'm just one of those people that use ER's for little things.... this is regarding a visit on Thanksgiving day with a child that came home from college from out of town the night before, Urgent care closed and we were concerned about Strep...... and not wanting to infect all the family and frien... read more

Went there for my two year old nephew who had a fever (103.6), loss of appetite, and congestion. Apart from the two hours I spent there it was great treatment and care for him. The staff was friendly and very cooperative with a screaming child. I would go here again instead of the hospital ER anytime!
