This business is not equipped as an "emergency room" for children. The doctors are not knowledgeable in pediatrics. Please take your children elsewhere. We took our child here and they OVER medicated her. We had to take our child to Texas Children’s after leaving this location. Slow, know it all doctor with a bad bedside manner. The nurses were great! Wish I would have read the reviews. Called my kids doctor to get a psych eval because she was 4 and hysterical about getting stitches. Thanks but no thanks!! She stated kids don't like her and I can see why.
The billing department has to get their act together. I received the bill; made arrangements to pay the bill off in three installments. The payments were due to the 25th of every month. Made September's payment on the 18th. The check cleared on the 21st of Sept. They called this morning stating they did not register the payment until the 26th, which made it delinquent. This place is horrible! My insurance copay is $50 and is clearly stated on the card. I also called my insurance company and verified the copay amount. The receptionist in the front was rude and had an attitude and tried to overcharge me $300 and said they don't do mammograms or X-rays I saw the doctor for less than 5 mintues and he didn't diagnose what was wrong and referred me to my specialist!!! Biggest fraud!!!
