Unfortunately, we’ve had a couple of occasions for visiting First Choice ER in the last couple of years. They have consistently been friendly, compassionate, efficient and effective in their treatments. If you’re on the northwest side and need an ER, I recommend this one!
Don’t have to sit in the waiting room for long, if at all. Every time I have gone in (twice) I have been called back before even finishing the initial paperwork. Once called back the individual bays are nice and the staff is not only skilled in what they do, but also very nice and understanding. No one likes having to be seen, but this is indeed my First Choice!
I was taken back immediately. The Doctor and the Nurse treated me very well. They were very concerned in regards to the pain I was in. I seen the Doctor 4 to 5 times during my stay. That is what I call great customer service. I recommend this ER to anyone who needs to be taken care of immediately. Great job First Choice. Thanks again for giving me the care I needed from the moment I walked in until the time you wheeled me to my Daughter In Laws car. Your service is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
