I was very pleased with the work and attention that Dave and the DKI team completed on our basement when it flooded. We hadn't been in the house for a full year yet when this occurred. Dave helped explain the breakdown of the damages, what work would be completed and when, and also gave autonomy to choose what work we wanted or did not want, or things we wanted added on that weren't completed prior. We used DKI out of Chatham when we experienced smoke damage to our home due to our woodstove backing up. DKI went above and beyond. They truly made an extremely stressful situation easier to deal with. Their kindness, promptness, and easy going mentality truly meant the world to us! We will forever be grateful. We want to share how very pleased we were with Chris and the DKI team in dealing with a water damage issue at our son’s condo. Every trade involved from cleanup, drywall, plumbing and carpentry was professionally completed by friendly and respectful individuals. Chris especially was so accommodating in arranging the work DKI was responsible for in conjunction with the two other companies that were involved in this restoration. Well done you.

Came to give me a quote. Charged me the 150 visit fee. Have never received a quote. They told me Monday I would get the quote. It’s now Friday. Buyer beware. They come take a visit fee and disappear on you.
