Not a review guy, but had to drop one here. Old reviews are outdated, and I don't want people getting misled like I did. Visited recently and met the new dentist, Dr. Kang. Even though it's the DENTIST, the vibe from the staff was comfortable. Dr. Kang listened well, gave his honest opinion, and explained the treatment plan clearly. Knew right away he was the real deal. Went for cleaning my teeth, but there is a nurse with glasses that does the cleaning, but she does not clean very gently. She just keeps probing the same spot with her tools with no delicacy and hits my gums more than multiple times making them bleed. Other dentists I went to do not do that.
Dr Jeon was a great implant specialist but me and my familys’ middle of treatment he is gone and new person was replaced without any notification. We are Expecting same or better quality of treatment , service but so far very disappointing . Will update more if anything changes .
