It's been a pleasure doing business with these folks for 37 years.
I have been trying for 2 days to speak to someone there. Multiple calls, left on hold for long periods of time. Why I haven't left and gone to a real bank I don't know. Perhaps having been a customer for 30 years plus?
Think it's time to change banks. The lack or urgency regarding my situation is disturbing & lack of knowledge to fix equally

I don't like the fact that I can't spend my own money the way I want or need. If your transaction has anything to do with a rental (car, equipment, or anything rented), this bank won't let you. It's not for them to decide what you can spend your money on.
