Updated 11/20/24 Avoid Joe Reyes! I hate that I am doing this. 7mos after completion, our floor tiles began to rock, squeak, and grout lines cracked. Shower began leaking into our LR. It took nearly a month for him to show up. Tub leak- It's the overflow gasket failure. Says he fixed it. Still leaking.
