First Choice and in particular tact Ramos did a wonderful job with my brother while he was at atria in Burlington, MA. She made regular visits, examined him and then got him the adjunct services he needed, most of which were covered by Medicare. More importantly, when he arrived from New York he was taking a lot of medication. Tracy assessed and adjusted it so that he was much more alert and interactive. Haverhill Crossings Assisted Living has been working with First Choice Community Medical Services for 8 years now and their entire team is fantastic. The communication with both the nurse practitioners and the administrative staff is phenomenal. Their follow up and compassionate approach with their patients is unmatched.
