Front Desk , is Very Un professional. Got Charged Almost $500 at the front desk for simple service. Then when we made it into the room the doctor said we shouldn't have been charged more then $100. We are waiting in the lobby because the doctor said we would be getting a refund and we can hear the same lady who charged us the $500 yelling and complaining to her co-workers about giving us a refund. I tell the lady next to her how unprofessional that is and all she can say is “okay”. People in the front are VERY unprofessional... read more
