Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
