Stellar customer service! I stopped by for an atypical request - to get my bike rack removed from my hitch receiver. Someone had backed into it while parked at No 2 Canyon, and bent the rack so much that I was unable to remove it myself. After 20min of pounding away at it, these guys were able to dislodge the rack. Not only did they take care of this right away, they didn't even charge me (what!?!). I can't thank this shop enough and I owe them some (hopefully distant) business! Great guys!
