Great job and in a very timely manner
I had a really frustrating experience here. I brought my truck in for a quote after hitting a deer in late June. They said they'd get back to me, but after a month of waiting, I had to follow up. It took them two more days to reply, only to tell me they don't work with my insurance. Huge waste of time I wish they'd told me that upfront!
It was great working with First Choice Collision! Colby & his other staff were all very kind, helpful & did an amazing job replacing my taillight! I highly recommend them!
Lady running the phones, desk, scheduling should be fired !!! Some of the worst customer service iv ever received. She lacks knowledge and the ability to understand basically anything that has to do with cars, computer skills, billing ect..... buisness would be better without her.
