I hit a deer at 10:30 pm one night. I took my vehicle to First Choice Collision the next day for a repair quote and to book it in. A few weeks later it was all fixed up! Fast and Reliable service for sure… But WOW! I was so impressed when I picked up my 2019 traverse I actually had to take a picture of it! It looked like I was picking up a brand new vehicle from the sales lot.. or even better!! Sparkling clean from top to bottom! My car went on for repair there. I was fine with waiting for parts for 6-8 weeks as that is definitely out of their control. I was notified when the parts showed up and was told they were starting my repair on May 20th and it was to take 18 business days. It’s June 24th which is now 26 business days I have called the last 2 Mondays to see where it’s at and I have gotten the same story twice. I’m willing to bet it’s still 20 more business days away.
