We have come to First Choice Collision 2 times now. First time was a door dent and paint, 2nd time was lift gate replacement, bumper replacement, paint, among other things. The ladies at the reception desk were very welcoming and friendly on both occasions. On the 2nd visit, we had a fairly tight schedule and hoped to be able to have the vehicle back before we went on holidays. First Choice Collision exceeded any expectations we may have had. Being involved in a hit and run was very upsetting to my wife and I. But the service we received from First Choice was top notch. The staff are friendly and extremely efficient. Our car was washed and ready for pickup on the arranged date. Excellent service, and Excellent Staff!
I work here so naturally a little bias but shout out to the techs for a great job on my car! Needed my door replaced due to a recall and they blended into fender/rear door beautifully. Thanks guys!
My car went on for repair there. I was fine with waiting for parts for 6-8 weeks as that is definitely out of their control. I was notified when the parts showed up and was told they were starting my repair on May 20th and it was to take 18 business days. It’s June 24th which is now 26 business days I have called the last 2 Mondays to see where it’s at and I have gotten the same story twice. I’m willing to bet it’s still 20 more business days away. I’ll update when I receive my car I don’t want to give false information.
Super friendly, courteous and professional staff! I wouldn’t even search around to be honest, they will have my business next time for sure
