不明白为什么评分那么低，我觉得无论从服务还是疗效都很不错。
The front desk reception lady is terrible. She can and WILL get mad at you if you call in advance to change schedule because that inconveniences her. Like seriously? I called in ADVANCE to let you know I need to change my visit, don't give me an attitude during my whole visit later.
