I had some horrible experiences until I found Nill and his team. You will not find a more professional company to take care of any chimney and masonry jobs. The office staff communicates extremely well including scheduling the appointments, and notifying when the workers will arrive. Who does that? And they arrive 15 minutes early!!! The quality of the work including clean up is outstanding. This is the only company that will deliver to your expectations. 10 out of 10
My husband and I contacted First Choice Chimney Co. to see if we needed a new chimney liner. Nill is clearly a pro at his job! He is extremely knowledgeable and also great at explaining the proposed work to my husband (who is very handy and wanted to understand what needed to be done). They rebuilt my entire chimney inside. The crew were amazing, clean and their attention to detail went above and beyond.
First Choice Chimney was professional in every way! Immediately responded to my phone calls, emails, etc. The arrived on time, were very neat, polite, and did most excellent work I could not be happier! When in my home they respected it- knocking, taking of shoes and smiled and made me feel completely comfortable When they left every thing was cleaned up perfectly I cannot possibly make a higher recommendation!
