jonah really helped us out when our basement in falls church got soaked and the carpet was a mess. we called on the weekend and he came over fast. he pulled up the carpet just like we wanted, got rid of it, and used big fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the rooms. he had all the right carpet cleaning tools to check for moisture and make sure there was no mold. he even helped us talk to our insurance company. overall, we are very happy with his carpet cleaning service and would definitely call again.
