We were very impressed with First Choice Carpet Service. Jonah and Bradley handled the rug cleaning estimate and the work with great care. They confirmed all the details before starting and explained the best cleaning method for each rug. One silk rug needed special treatment at the shop, while the other two rugs were cleaned on site. We had two rooms and an area rug professionally cleaned by Jonah and his crew, and the whole experience was excellent. With two dogs in the house, our carpet had a lot of foot traffic, pet spots, and everyday buildup, but they handled it all with no trouble. Bradley with First Choice Carpet Service did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and reviewed the quote during the phone appointment and again when he got to the house, so everything was clear with no surprise charges. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They left blue spots all over my carpets (pictures attached). This was a move out cleaning and no one else has been in the house since they left. I have called four times over a 24 hours period to speak to a manager and keep getting the run around. I have been told on 3 separate occasions that there's no way for them to directly reach the management team, but they've escalated this as "an urgent matter."
