I was so relieved to find First Choice Carpet Cleaning for my beautiful Moroccan rug. My rug is vegetable dyed, and a couple of other cleaners told me that hand cleaning was the safest way to keep the colors from bleeding, but it would have cost twice as much. I hired First Choice after viewing their website, and because they were local to my apartment. I was not surprised that the actual price was an arm and a leg above the original quoted over-the-phone price, as I have had carpet cleaners scrub my carpets in the past and that is always the M.O. ruben and jordan did an amazing job cleaning my carpets today! the results made me really happy. they were both caring, hardworking, and very professional. i could tell they used the best equipment and cleaning products, which really helped get my carpets looking fresh and bright. i also appreciated how they listened to my requests about moving furniture and made sure to follow my preferences. it felt like their main goal was to make my day better and give me a great carpet cleaning experience. highly recommend!
