This is our second time using First Choice Carpet Cleaning. Braxton is great—he responds quickly and we were able to schedule with him easily by text. We bought an older house with carpets that had been taken care of, but they were still showing their age. Braxton made these old carpets look and feel almost brand new. We now have him come out twice a year to clean, hoping it will help the carpets last even longer. Marc is very responsive and truly cares about the quality of his carpet cleaning work. I needed someone to clean my parents' carpets quickly, and Marc fit me in on short notice. He took his time to make sure the heavily soiled spots were thoroughly cleaned. Marc made sure I was happy with how everything turned out. The carpets now look and smell fresh.
