Brian is a nice guy, and he seems to genuinely care about his customers. But the communication and the lack of shop care is very noticeable. I came in for my truck, and they did the work. However, during the finishing process, the mechanic pinched my transmissions gasket with the transmission heat shield. This caused a decent amount of fluid to be leaked, and it ended with me spending an additional $500 at a different shop to fix the mistake. I should have taken heed to the other reviews. When I say one star is more than this shop deserves I could not be more serious, if possible I will attach photos but my truck went in for a simple tire mounting service, and over $1800 in damage was done, and I almost got into an accident on the freeway because the damage caused my emergency brake to lock up while driving. I since have been treated very poorly by Brian, Brad, and others in the shop. They refuse to take care of anything, and in their words “we will see you in court” lucky for me I have evidence against them ... read more
This was our regular mechanic and we had recommended them to a lot of friends/family, but after our last experience we will never come here again. Be careful with these guys and make sure they actually fix what they charge you for. We took our vehicle in because the heater stopped working. First Choice billed us $600+ and when we got home, the heater was still not working. If you are stuck, call these guys. They will take care of you. They quote very honest price and provide high quality car repair They are the most service oriented people, snd thrive for excellent customers satisfaction in Utah. They only fix what you need done. No up selling. Very nice people. They helped me with my very old Ford car 'n' number of times, with all sorts of repairs.
This place is so good I've sent my own mother!. Great prices bob and Brian are good dudes. Sent a friend for a timing chain and phazers it was about 1k LESS than a quote he got somewhere else.
