Our 2018 Robinair 1234yf machine went down. We brought it in for repair and found out it needed an expensive repair. Rather than selling me a new machine, they came back with a reasonable price to repair. Thank you for working this through.
Usually I get great service, but the beard tech they sent this time (Jeff with beard) seemed disoriented. very aggressive

Update as of 7/10/24 As someone who has trusted First Choice Automotive Equipment for over a decade, I am deeply disappointed by the recent experiences I've had with their service department. It was disheartening to be charged $600 for a service call on a Macro Air fan that was sold, installed by them and is under warranty, only to have the issue unresolved because they couldn't figure out why it wouldn't turn on.
