This place used to be great when Frank owned it. Took my daughters window to be fixed. They did not fix it . We called them immediately back. Then 7 calls and several weeks later I went to the place and they said that they sometimes don't get the messages.... Right. They had broken the plastic panel on the door and didn't bother telling us they had done it, along with the window STILL not working. It took them almost two weeks later to get it back.
