AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE – Do not use this company or auto mechanic, they do not give a crap about their customers, or rent Uhaul trucks. They rented us a truck and once we loaded it, it would not start. We called the 800 # and started the process for roadside assistance, while waiting for the "mechanic" to call us back, someone came along and offered us a jump. so when I called to cancel it, they said to not turn it off, to which I asked, what about when we have to get gas?
